Our service uses on-device Artificial Intelligence — including Chrome's built-in Prompt API (Gemini Nano) and WebLLM. Your prompts, text inputs, uploaded files, and the AI-generated responses are processed entirely locally on your device. We do not send, transmit, store, or view your chat data on any cloud server.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Chat data. We do not collect, read, or store the contents of your prompts or the AI's responses.
• Files. Any files you attach for analysis remain on your local hardware. They are processed in your browser and discarded when you close the tab.
• Accounts. We do not require signup and do not create user accounts.

3. Information We Collect (Telemetry & Usage Data)

To maintain and improve the technical health of our website, we collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable usage data, including:

• Technical information: browser type, operating system, and hardware capabilities (e.g., WebGPU support) to ensure the service loads correctly.
• Interaction metrics: anonymous clicks on UI elements (e.g., selecting "Fact Check" or "Simplify" modes) and page visit durations.
• Error logs: technical crash reports that help us fix bugs. These logs strictly exclude chat content.

Our analytics wrapper is built with an allow-list that strips any field containing user prompts, chat history, file contents, or AI-generated text before any event reaches an analytics provider.

4. How We Use Information

The usage data we collect is used solely to optimize the user experience, ensure compatibility across different devices, and monitor the general performance of our site.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics to process the anonymous usage data described above. Google Analytics does not have access to your AI conversations.

6. Important Safety Note

Please do not enter passwords, private keys, bank details, medical records, government IDs, or highly sensitive personal information. AI can make mistakes, so verify important medical, legal, financial, political, or safety-related information with trusted sources.
